The Goal
The goal with this project was to create a vehicle building and tuning sandbox with racing mechanics that mimic a sim racer.

Vehicles
Players can build their custom vehicles using an inventory of blocks (including engines, turbos, wheels and functional aerodynamics) which can be placed together to form a vehicle. Players can then tune the settings of each part (such as suspension, drivetrain, tires and steering settings) in order to create the exact driving characteristics they are after. Players can paint their vehicles as they desire. When they are done they can save each vehicle locally as a blueprint for duplicating or modifying at a later stage.
Game-play
Realistic environments immerse the player. With multiple big open-world maps each containing multiple racetracks and road-courses and the ability to create off-road vehicles, players are free to traverse wherever they please. At any point, players can modify their vehicles or spawn in new ones and race in various time-trials or free roam and explore.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer is done with my scalable golang server that is hosted on fly.io which has infinite lobbies and multiple servers.
